My passion and drive for the home improvement industry comes naturally. My father helped build the fabric of America as the superintendent for Morrison-Knudsen during the early 90s. His zeal for the industry and commitment to quality craftsmanship, inspired me to create my own footprint as a leader in the field.
I worked my way through undergrad, in call centers across many industries from home improvement to phone companies, art galleries, insurance companies, and everything in between.
In 2013, I was hired by the window manufacturer, Winchoice, as one of the first 5 appointment setters on their team. Within 2 years, prior to being promoted to marketing manager, my appointments confirmed at 90%, demoed 87%, and sold at 45% grossing 3.5 mil with a 50% net. Before leaving the company to begin consulting in 2018, I had 28 appointment setters under my management, producing 115 qualified leads per day. The company had 1.1 million in net sales in December 2017, and 2.4 million in Jan 2018. Within 5 years, Winchoice has grown to over 50 million a year in window sales.
In addition to call center, lead generation, and marketing management, I had the opportunity of being the General Manager for Bath Planet of Arkansas. During that time, I brought the company into the black, capturing one million in net sales, and earning a guild quality award within a year.
Most recently, I helped BP of Atlanta increase sales from an average of $250,000 net per month to an average of $750,000 net per month in less than 3 months. They had the best month in company history during the Covid pandemic and credits the success to having the call center implemented.
I believe the call center is the heart beat of any home improvement company, and most vital in keeping sales rep schedules filled with qualified appointments.
