My name is Bryon Schultz. I’m the VP of Sales of Renewal By Andersen of Greater Wisconsin and Milwaukee, and I just wanted to stop by here real quick just to talk a little bit about Destination Motivation and really the program, what it offers to our customers, points of differentiation, things like that. So I guess I’m going to start first by, as a business, Renewal By Andersen, we’re always looking for really creative ways to just offer something different to our customers.
One of the things that we’ve discovered with Destination Motivation and the cruise and condo vouchers is, for the right customer we’re able to offer these cruise and condo vouchers as an additional incentive. Look, everybody travels. Especially kind of after the COVID years, everybody wants to travel right now. So we’re finding more value right now, I think, than ever. A couple of the other things that we’re really noticing is a reduction in cancellation rate. I mean, that’s a huge thing. I think anything that we can do toward them, that customer wakes up in the morning they can remind themselves of why they did business with our company. And that’s just a little extra added bonus for our customers.
The other thing, obviously, is the increase in a close average. You know, obviously as a sales manager, as a VP of sales, every single day of our lives we’re trying to get our teams to perform better. So this is that extra little added weapon that offers a ton of value to the right customers in the home. So, we’ve noticed anywhere from 4 to 6 percent increase in a close average and approximately 5 to 8 percent reduction in cancellation rates. So, I really, I highly incentivize my team and offer these vouchers and it’s been a great success for our team. So, hope all is well, be good.
