“My wife and I had the windows replaced in our rental property last year by NewSouth Windows. We were awarded this vacation as a thank you for using their services. A few months ago decided to redeem our voucher for a stay at the Club Wyndham in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. Jacob helped to book us our stay, and we traveled up from Naples, Florida, through North Carolina and finally arrived in Tennessee. When we pulled up to the Club Wyndham I was blown away with how beautiful the property was. It was well maintained and from the moment we stepped foot in the lobby we felt right at home. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they had us checked in within a few short minutes to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was immaculate and surprisingly spacious. My favorite part of the room had to be the deck, as it had a beautiful view of the mountains. While we were at the resort we spent a lot of time at the pool area where we would relax and rest. My wife and I retired years ago and have taken road trips all around the country, but the Smoky Mountains has to be towards the top of our list of destinations. We had such a wonderful getaway and want to thank the team at NewSouth Windows for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this dream vacation.”
