“Last year we had the windows replaced in our sunroom by a company called NewSouth Windows. We ended up having a minor issue with the installation and brought it to the attention of the team at NewSouth and they helped to not only correct the issue, but they also decided to gift us with a vacation for our trouble. We ended up using that vacation and booking a trip down in the Florida Keys. We stayed at the Ocean Pointe Suites which is a beautiful property in Key Largo Florida. The property had everything we could’ve asked for and then some. While we were down in the Keys I had charted a boat to go deep sea fishing with my girlfriend and we had a blast. This vacation was much needed. My girlfriend and I both have high pressured jobs and don’t get much time off work, so this vacation really helped us to give us much needed re-charge. I can’t say thank you enough to the team at NewSouth Windows for blessing us with this wonderful vacation and for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with your services.”
