We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our Vacation Voucher recipients to plan their perfect vacation. The job requires you to be a GREAT listener, have a broad AWARENESS of different destinations and the ability to RESEARCH and match our customers with their ideal vacation destination. You’ll need to be patient, inspiring and helpful. But there’s nothing better than hearing their stories when they return. In fact, you can listen to some of them right here.
This job REQUIRES PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here’s the rest of what it entails:
General Accountabilities
• Provides customers’ information about products or services.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
• Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
• Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
• Refers unresolved customer issues to Customer Service Manager department for further investigation.
• Salary starts at $15.00 per hour.
Job Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience

• Microsoft Office Experience (Excel & Outlook)
• Google Sheets Experience (Preferred)
