In your own words, what do you do at Destination Motivation?

In today’s world many customers are unable to speak to a live person. At Destination Motivation we want our customers to have the best experience possible when they reach out to us. I want our customers to know and feel that we care about them and help them make their dream vacation come true. 

How does it feel to be part of the DM community? 

I have been with DM for 2 years and it is wonderful to know that you are a part of a TEAM that work together not only as co-workers but as friends & family. 

Describe the best vacation you’ve ever taken.

I was fortunate to have grown up in the travel industry and had the opportunity to travel extensively. My favorite vacation spot is New Zealand. I always tease my husband that if I didn’t marry him, I would have moved to New Zealand 30 years ago. What I love about New Zealand is visiting all my family and enjoying the wonderful food and beaches. I love to travel with family and friends because I love to make memories with them. All my best travels have been with those I love.

What is something that catches your attention when you think about scheduling a vacation? 

Photos of beautiful beaches always catch my eye. My family is from the South Pacific and I feel like it calls me home when I see a beautiful photo of the sunset over the ocean. 

Where did you grow up, and what’s your favorite thing about your hometown?

I was born in Australia and came to the United States when I was almost 2. I grew up in Santa Monica, CA, Scottsdale, AZ and South Bay area of California. What I love about Southern California – well what’s not to love. Food, Beaches, Entertainment, Sports, and the best Vibe around. 

What’s the best thing you’ve done to help a customer or client at Destination Motivation? 

When I am able to work with a customer from the beginning of their journey with us. From the initial call to helping them book their vacation, I want to make sure they have the best experience. Customer Service is almost a Karmic experience to me. I want to provide great customer service because when I am out in the world, I want to have that same experience. A memorable customer experience has a lasting impact. 




Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause.

This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
