- Represent the company’s brand values by maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships with customers.
- Manage daily customer communications regarding Vacation Voucher redemption, and program benefits to ensure accuracy and clarity with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and client support.
Background & Personal
- Before joining the Destination Motivation team, Erin led call centers for a multi-billion-dollar organization and spent the last seven years as an account manager focused on improving customer experience, supporting teams, and driving meaningful results for the customers she serves.
- Proven leader with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams, scaling operations, and improving customer experience across fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Married for 17 years with three amazing boys, based in Houston, Texas. Most of her free time is spent on the sidelines of a field or court cheering them on and supporting what they love.


GIVING BACK
Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause. This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
