What did you do before joining the team/Personal items?

• Prior to joining the team, he spend 15 years in customer service across various industries, learning how to solve problems by finding solutions and delivering an incredible experience
• When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children in California
• He loves being outdoors, whether its hiking, biking or just relaxing at the beach
• He and his family are active in their church, getting involved not just in the congregation but also in various community efforts
