- Communicating with Destination Motivation customers to understand and address their needs & questions
- Assisting with booking magical trips for homeowners and ensuring all details are correctly arranged
- Solving challenges as they arise, for both customers and for homeowners
- Offering ongoing support to clients, fostering positive relationships
What did you do before joining the team/Personal items?
- Prior to joining the team, he spend 15 years in customer service across various industries, learning how to solve problems by finding solutions and delivering an incredible experience
- When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children in California
- He loves being outdoors, whether its hiking, biking or just relaxing at the beach
- He and his family are active in their church, getting involved not just in the congregation but also in various community efforts
