• Onboard and train new clients on integrating Destination Motivation into their sales & marketing
• Provide consultative support for sales, marketing, and event strategies
• Track client performance and identify opportunities to improve close rates and decrease cancellations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and support
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive communication and measurable results 

Background & Personal

• Jessica has spent the past 12 years in training, learning & development, and sales leadership, spanning industries from Disneyland to non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.
• A Southern California native now living in the Midwest, she has been married for six years and has two little ones who keep life full of energy and adventure.
• A passionate travel enthusiast, she and her family take annual trips to their church in Nigeria and have a bucket list goal of exploring all 147 countries their passport can take them.
• Loves bringing the world into her kitchen - from healthier spins on indulgent classics to new Nigerian and multicultural dishes, cooking has become a creative outlet and a way to celebrate her family heritage.
