- Creates new partnerships with focus on manufacturing & cutting edge technologies
- Manages existing partnerships to ensure Destination Motivation drives value across our varied partner network
- Works closely with select, high-value clients to ensure program adoption
- Technology integrator for the company
Background & Personal:
- Learned the value of hard work on my family farm from an early age
- Worked at UPS long enough to actually qualify for a pension (come on 55!), before transitioning into the home improvement industry where he worked in sales and customer service
- Lives outside of Indianapolis with his wife, three kids and one “super-shady” dog
GIVING BACK
Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause. This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
