Core Focus
Aligning people, processes, and platforms to drive scalable revenue growth for Destination Motivation.
Role at Destination Motivation:
- Oversees the integration and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Manages CRM data hygiene, reporting dashboards, pipeline forecasting, process automation, and campaign performance analysis daily.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
Background & Personal:
- Before joining Destination Motivation, worked in sales operations at a SaaS company, leading numerous optimization projects and helping scale revenue operations from a startup to mid-market.
- An avid soccer and hockey fan, mom to two energetic teenage boys, and caretaker of a wild household of animals—no cows or goats (yet!).
- Married for 17 years and love spending time outdoors with my husband, whether it’s hiking, camping, or just sitting out back enjoying the weather.


GIVING BACK
Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause. This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
