Background & Personal

• Before joining Destination Motivation, Kevin was with Progressive Leasing, where he built and maintained relationships with retail partners to drive lease volume and market growth. He helped train and support store teams on leasing programs, tools, and best practices, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that increased partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Outside of work, he’s passionate about spending time on the water kayak fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He is also very active in my local church and love staying involved in my community.
• Married for 21 years and a proud father of three beautiful children who keep life exciting and full of purpose.
