Background & Personal
- Before joining Destination Motivation, Kevin was with Progressive Leasing, where he built and maintained relationships with retail partners to drive lease volume and market growth. He helped train and support store teams on leasing programs, tools, and best practices, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that increased partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Outside of work, he’s passionate about spending time on the water kayak fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He is also very active in my local church and love staying involved in my community.
- Married for 21 years and a proud father of three beautiful children who keep life exciting and full of purpose.


GIVING BACK
Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause. This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
