- Onboard and train new clients on integrating Destination Motivation into their sales & marketing
- Provide consultative support for sales, marketing, and event strategies
- Track client performance and identify opportunities to improve close rates and decrease cancellations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and support
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive communication and measurable results
Background & Personal
- Magan brings over a decade of experience sales operations, administration, installation and leadership in the Home Improvement Industry, supporting large-scale CRM migrations and sales enablement projects. She partnered with national remodeling brands to improve processes and sales performance and worked with retail partners to improve lead and customer experience.
- She has also designed and implemented systems to streamline operations and support sales teams, building training resources and best practices to help organizations scale effectively.
- Based in Southern Arizona, she shares a great life with her husband and 3 daughters. Outside of work, she is dedicated to a spirit of adventure, spending time outdoors, off-roading, camping and at dance parties with her girls.


GIVING BACK
Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause. This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
