Help bring in new clients to leverage our proven system to grow their revenue and train them on implementation.
Role at Destination Motivation:
- Onboard and train new clients on integrating Destination Motivation into their sales & marketing efforts.
- Provide consultative support for the entire sales team.
- Track client performance and identify opportunities to improve close rates and decrease cancellations.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive communication and measurable results.
Background & Personal
- A veteran in the home improvement industry, Rebecca spent the past few years at WestShore Home training and managing their sales teams.
- Based in Fort Worth, TX, where she is raising her two children aged 11 and 9.
- Loves to travel and has lived in 6 different companies with friends around the world.
