- To build a world class LMS and Training system that helps our clients improve their sales and reduce cancels and returns!
Role at Destination Motivation:
- Assist with both internal and external development and sales support
- Design, implement and facilitate training and development programs, internally and externally
- Facilitate client facing training workshops
- Support the executive team with training implementation
- Learning Management System integration and management
- Support the sales efforts through learning and development
- Assist with internal development efforts ranging from initial onboarding to skill development
Background & Personal
- Over 22 years of professional experience ranging from sales, sales leadership and learning and development
- Married to my wife April for over 15 years and have 8 amazing children that keep me busy all the time
- Enjoy all sports, spending time with family, fitness and traveling
