What’s an Operations Manager do?

Everything!  From billing to payroll to coordinating meetings and hiring, it’s my job to make sure things move smoothly internally so that our customer success team can make things happen for our clients.

Describe the best vacation you’ve ever taken.

South of France with a French boyfriend who lived in Saint Tropez. South of France is absolutely beautiful! I love creating memories when I take a vacation, and this one certainly made a few.

Where did you grow up, and what’s your favorite thing about your hometown?

I grew up In Iran, surrounded by lots of history and the warmth of the people. I loved having so many family and friends around. 

When not working or traveling, what do you like to do to relax and why?

I love running, reading, networking and working in my own real estate business on the side.

What’s the best thing you’ve done to help a customer or client at Destination Motivation? 

I am often called on to help customers update a vacation voucher or understand the redemption process. It feels good because helping people is in my blood. That kind of team effort applies to everything I do.
