We’re growing and seeking a Senior Client Success Manager who is a self-motivated, proactive hustler—someone who’s not afraid to make 100 calls if needed, take full ownership of their accounts, and feel like the CEO of their clients’ success.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you’ll manage and nurture client accounts to ensure measurable results. You’ll be the driving force behind client success, engagement, retention, and revenue growth—making sure every client maximizes their potential and continues to reorder.
This role is for someone who wants control over their destiny, is proactive, takes initiative, and thrives when they can independently drive results for their accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Client Relationship Management – Build deep relationships with home improvement business owners and sales teams, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Onboarding & Training – Guide new clients through setup and implementation so they understand our program inside and out.
- Performance Monitoring – Regularly review client results, analyze data, and provide actionable strategies to boost sales.
- Sales Growth & Retention – Identify opportunities for reorders, upsells, and contract renewals—owning your clients’ growth like it’s your business.
- Proactive Problem-Solving – Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and always be one step ahead.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and consistent client engagement.
- Travel as Needed – Occasionally visit key clients for in-person training and relationship-building.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience – 3–5 years in a client-facing role, preferably in home improvement, SaaS, or B2B sales.
- Hustler Mentality – You’re willing to make the extra calls, go the extra mile, and take ownership of your accounts like they’re your own business.
- Results-Oriented – Data-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal skills; able to earn trust quickly.
- Business Acumen – Understands sales strategies, client success metrics, and revenue growth levers.
- Communication Skills – Confident leading client calls, trainings, and strategy discussions.
- Problem-Solver – Finds solutions independently before issues escalate.
- Willingness to Travel – Attend occasional in-person client meetings and industry events.
