Manages customer onboarding and ongoing support

Role At Destination Motivation:

  • Onboards new customers, scheduling their training and managing all aspects of the day-to-day relationship, including creative development, invoicing and reporting.
  • Works with clients to help them maximize their success with the program, providing additional support as requested.
  • Supports the team behind-the-scenes across Destination Motivation

Background & Personal:

  • Went to school for business management.
  • Before joining the team, worked at Marine Parts distribution center, where she also juggled many different tasks at a time.
  • When not working, she enjoys the beach, traveling and spending time with her family to create lasting memories for her kids.




Our culture here at Destination Motivation believes in giving back to those in need. Each quarter we choose a new project and dedicate time and resources into helping that cause.

This year we are dedicating resources to an extremely worthy cause called The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
