What do you do:

  • Innovate the training and development processed in all areas, for clients and employees.
  • Create processes, tools, and SOP that improve effectiveness of the Vacation Voucher incentive program.
  • Use the sales, training & development processes to give sales teams the wisdom, knowledge & confidence to use the voucher more effectively to generate more sales and drive a better customer experience.
  • Help define the Destination Motivation culture.

What did you do before joining the team/Personal items?

  • Worked for one of the largest home remodeling companies as Training Director, training the sales & marketing teams across the company
  • Was CEO for a local bathroom remodeling company
  • Spends time outside the office with his 3 sons, coaching their sports & making memories!
