Wintek provides replacement windows, doors, roofing, siding and insulation to residential homeowners across several markets in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The company is committed to building long-term relationships based on honesty, quality products, professional installation and excellent customer service.

Challenge:

Wintek was referred to Destination Motivation as they were looking for something to differentiate our company from other window companies in our areas we service. They needed to bring down cancellation rates, particularly with the longer lead times presented by supply chain delays.

Solution:

After checking with a number of their peers around the country, Wintek decided to turn to Destination Motivation based on first-hand testimonials and the huge number of 5-star google reviews about the proven Vacation Voucher program. If other companies were having similar success in different markets, Wintek realized it could be just as effective for them to use as a closing tool. Covering six states, training is always challenging on any new process the company introduced. So they leaned on DM’s team of experts to visit each market and teach the entire program to the sales team in each city. Together, they customized marketing materials, training packets, and brochures – and DM conducts regular refresher trainings for both new & existing reps. Destination Motivation made it extremely easy for the sales team to implement into the existing presentation, and the teams integrated the vouchers as a key part of their one-step closing process.

Result:

Not only did the vouchers help increase Wintek’s closing percentages across the board, but they also had the unanticipated benefit of driving more online reviews and referrals. This is helping the company grow as new customers are asking about the Vacation Vouchers and seeking out Wintek instead of their competition. Even better for Wintek, their cancellation rate dropped from 25% to 5% after implementing the program.
